    Abstract

A rotational scanning system has recently been developed at Risø National Laboratory. It allows sound fields from ultrasonic transducers to be examined in 3 dimensions. Using different calculation and plotting programs, any section in the
sound field can be plotted. Results from examination of transducers for automatic inspection are presented.
