Abstract
A simple “do-it-yourself” TL reader is outlined. It is based on a hot nitrogen gas heating technique that has been routinely used at Risø for several years and thus intensively investigated. A description is given of the complete TL read-out system including electronic circuit diagrams of the most vital parts. Results are presented to demonstrate the features of the system.
