    Abstract

A good work is difficult to define since it has several aspects. This means whether the opportunities for doing the work in a proper way and deliver products and servies of a god quality. This chapter discusses the importance for employees of doing a good work and whether they experience that the conditions for actually doing a good work is fulfilled. The chapter discusses also the impact of management strategies for quality in products and servies for the employees.
