Abstract
In this paper we give a closed-form expression for the Drinfeld modular polynomial ΦT (X, Y ) ∈ Fq(T)[X, Y ] for arbitrary q and prove a conjecture of Schweizer. A new identity involving the Catalan numbers plays a central role.
