Project Details
Description
To revolutionize the real-time acquisition of large population cellular activities in living brain, and to remarkably advance the frontiers of knowledge in largescale neurological processes, our ambitious goal is to develop fiber-based multiphoton light-sheet fluorescence lensless microscopy with small footprint, radically improved speed, and wavefront correction by using an integrated silicon nitride optical phase array.
