Social and welfare consequences of the aplication of human resources at work.
The SARA Programme has been established as a cooperation between RUC, CASA, DTU and NIOH. The programme is financed by the Reseach Councils in Denmark. The SARA programme started in the beginning of 1997 and will be finalized at the end of 2001.
The programme is managed by a committee consisting of Helge Hvid, RUC, Peter Hasle, CASA, Niels Møller, DTU and Tage Søndergaard Kirstensen, NIOH. Helge Hvid is the programme manager.

ITS conducts two SARA projekts:
* Business Process Re-engineering: Information technology and organization; Christian Koch, Peter Vogelius and Fred Manske
* The social relations within the company; Nanette Juhler Hansen, Niels Møller, Peter Olsen
