Project Details
Description
The purpose of the project is to criticize and improve an existing stochastic model of the duration of a project, proposed by Steen Lichtenberg in his book 'Projektplanlægning - i en foranderlig verden' (Projectplanning - in a changing world). It is an important part of the project to discuss the implications of the model in the light of the difference between the 'degree of belief' and the 'relative frequency' - interpretation of the mathematical concept of probability.
The work is done in cooperation with Henrik Kruchow, Kruchow consulting - who uses Lichtenbergs model as a practical tool in projectplanning
