Description
We analysed the profitability of DJ rental services by examining pricing strategies and conversion rates across multiple explanatory variables.
Key findings
We identified some issues with the analysis currently applied by the client and gave suggestions for capacity and pricing optimisation. The initial explorative analysis further helped identify new KPIs that the client could use for future optimisation projects.
