A comprehensive overview of the state of district heating regulation in China, and how best to plan out our engagement on the area – distilled into a final report that will explore the potential for a full SSC program of DEA
Key findings
The final result maps out how a multi-year effort aimed at district heating knowledge transfer might achieve the most impact. Impact in this context would mean providing input directly into policy creating processes on the national/regional level.
