Description
The purpose of the project is to improve planning, productivity and quality in steel structures erection by previous simulation and allowing for thermally induced distortion. The project deals with temperature distribution in the heat affected zone (HAZ), thermal analysis, and development of a numerical simulations tool for accuracy control based on FE Modelling. Determinations of parametric expressions for thermal deformations and stresses induced by different welding methods.
