Description
A joint research project on service development, internationalisation and labour competencies funded by the Danish Research Councils. The project deals with the development of human resources in service functions as a response to the requirements for new labour competencies, created by increasing innovation activities, technology use and internationalisation. The project is performed in co-operation with researchers from Roskilde University and the Danish Technological Institute under the programme "Development of Human Resources in the Working Life" financed by the Danish Research Councils with the involvement of Danish labour market organisations. CTI is particularly involved in aspects of the research project regarding developments in information technologies and telecommunication networks and their importance for service production and innovation. The project runs for 3 years and has perspectives in terms of theory and concept development and practical perspectives in terms of demonstration projects in selected companies. A Ph.D.student will be financed under the project.
