Secondary metabolites of food-borne fungi

    Project Details

    Description

Secondary metabolites are of high significance in systematics of filamentous fungi and production of them should be prevented in foods. In this project advanced analytical chemical, spectrometric, chemometroic and cladistic methods are used in combination as basis for new analytical techniques for specific detection of fungi and their mycotoxins and for better understanding of the systematics of storage fungi growing in foods.
