Risk Management in construction: knowledge acquisition and modelling

The project is basically a Knowledge Management study. THe aim is to provide IT-based guidance for site managers and planners by collecting, and structuring, experiential knowledge about "risks" on building sites. The initial work is based on the assumption that knowledge can be acquired based on a set of generic site models, hence providing a set of dat which are in acoordance with the physical aspects of sites. The latter will support the development of an IT prototype based on "site" terminology.
