Description
A composite-rheological model of concrete has previously been developed by the author. Consistent predictions of concrete creep, relaxation, and eigenstrain/stress can be made from this model when concrete composition, age at loading, and climatic conditions are known.
The scope of the present research project is 1) to develope software such that this model can be used efficiently in materials research - and 2) to make the model operational with respect to FEM-analysis of structures. Some minor modifications of the original model are introduced such that the influence of curing and rates of testing (static-dynamic) are considered more accurately.
