Project Details
Description
The overall idea is to capture mature female lobsters, hatch the eggs and grow larvae to juveniles for restocking in coastal waters around Hirtshals to Løkken. Partners are NSC, Hirtshals/Løkken Fisheries Associations, fishermen and restaurants. DTU Aqua is involved in optimizing knowledge about nutritional requirements of lobster larvae and juveniles to ensure a high survival and growth.
