    Nature-based solutions and climate services:
    The development and application of nature-based solutions for the greening of cities and a market for co-developed climate services is a major theme in the work program for Horizon 2020.
    RECREATE stands for “REsearch network for forward looking activities and assessment of research and innovation prospects in the fields of Climate, Resource Efficiency and raw mATErials.” It is a Coordination Action funded by the European Commission in the context of its FP7 programme. It is carried out by a consortium consisting of 16 key stakeholders from European research and industry and is led by the Joint Institute for Innovation Policy (JIIP). In addition to the consortium members, RECREATE will also establish and manage a large network of key stakeholders in the fields of Climate Action, Resource Efficiency and Raw Materials.
