Description
The aim of this project is to investigate the potential of novel plasmid vectors for the improved production of therapeutic DNA based drugs. The Ph.D. study should provide valuable information which should be generically applicable to the reproducible manufacture of plasmid DNA for all non-viral mediated gene therapy and DNA vaccine applications.
