Processing of polarimetric EMISAR data, Great Belt Bridge and Øresund Bridge

With support from the European Community and in cooperation with the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) and other participants of the NICOP project, the Danish Defence Research Establishment (FOFT) has studied polarimetric decomposition of SAR images of man-made targets. Initial studies of EMISAR images of the Great Belt Bridge have shown interesting results. In this project additional six C- and L-band images of the Great Belt Bridge and the Øresund Bridge have been pre-processed and supplied to FOFT as input for the NICOP project.
