The aim of the project is to develop a theoretically based method for intervention and change in enterprises, with the aim of preventing occupational accidents. The theoretical synthesis encompass organisational culture, safety culture approaches, learning processes and processual theory. The empirical part is a cooperation with a danish manufacturing enterprise. The project is a Phd-project and is funded jointly by The Danish Academy of Research and the Danish Work Environment fund.
