Description
The first NEPTUNE-projekt for the network, the Crystal Circle, is called "Blue Environment" and dealing with surface water and ground water. For the municipality of Leeuwarden (NL) student and supervisors from 5 European technical universities have made a proposal for development of the water management in relation to urban planning.
