Mixed Analogue/Digital ICs

    Project Details

This project is concerned with the development of methods and circuits for mixed analogue/digital integrated circuits in CMOS technology. There are two main focus areas: development of high performance analogue circuits capable of working from the very low power supply voltage imposed by modern digital CMOS processes and development of analogue and digital circuits insentitive to noise and not them selves generating noise.
The project is funded through the ordinary DTU budget.
In 1999 lov-voltage amplifiers and a low-noise comparator have been developed.
One M.Sc. student have worked on the project, designing an ultra low-voltage opamp which was reported at ESSCIRC in 2000.
