    Project Details

The New Master in Management of Technology program aims at filling the gap between conventional engineering skills and the requirements of the constantly changing global market. The MMT will possess the necessary tools and skills to manage innovative processes in close cooperation with management.
The development in information technology and telecommunication has made it possible to manage the firm as a collection of value-creating processes rather than functionally organized departments. This poses new demands on management and the management structure.
Globalization is forcing companies to think and act globally - products and services will be measured on a global standard. The market lifetime of products has shortened. At the same time knowledge content and development cost of each product generation has increased.
