Management of the Working Environment

PhD project. The aim of the PhD thesis is to investigate possibilities and constraints for the development and strengthening of the management of the working environment in companies. It is intended to advance an understanding of the social system of the company based on recent theories on political processes and cultures in organizations. The empirical work comprise case studies in companies and is carried out as part of the project: Development of integrated environmental management.
