    Project Details

    Description

Traditional continuous location models attempt to locate pointfacilities in two-dimensional space so as to minimize transportation costs. In this project we expand the focus and try to locate lines in three-dimensional space or circles on the surface of a sphere. The research results are presented at conferences.
