Project Details

Description

The project aims to identify specific functional changes in the gut microbiota that affect the immune system in patients with atopic dermatitis leading to increased risk for food allergy and other atopic diseases. The identification of novel bacterial and small-molecule metabolite drivers of atopy will open new avenues for the prevention of food allergy.
