Full Employment in Europe

The project has as its purpose to make research in alternative instruments which potentially can be used in economic policy to stimulate economic growth and especially employment and in this way diminish unemployment. Some of these policies will have to be coordinated on EU - level but most of them are national decided policies. In EU the problems are partially that EU don't have the competence to make an unified policy and the member countries are not able in isolation to make a sufficiently effective policy.
