Description
The objective of this project is to design a fundamental theory for financial control as part of industrial management. Taking up this project comes natural for the Department of Industrial Management and Engineering as financial control is an integral part of the overall industrial management and because so far no other research institutes have considered the issue of financial control from this angle.
The developed theory is supposed to result in improved effort on the part of industrial managers toward financial control in industrial companies.
The results are currently made available for researchers and practicians in the shape of research reports and articles.
The department cooperates with Technical University of Prague.
