Description
The Danish parts of WP3 are to perform a pre-feasibility study, including urban planning, environmental impact and capacity issues, for:
• Road and railway connections to the port of Esbjerg
• A intermodal terminal at port of Esbjerg
The main objective of the Danish part of WP3 is therefore to perform and report these Danish pre-feasibility studies. The secondary objective is to generate added value to the decision process associated with the pre-feasibility studies. This objective has been achieved by an innovative adaptation and application of cutting edge decision support systems to the pre-feasibility studies.
