Project Details
Description
The proposal is to refine the approach, instrumentation and the software developed project BE 4129 and to quantify the influence of secondary yielding and thermal changes in the deformation zone, on component errors. All approaches will be encapsulated in a design support system which will enable the design of die-cavities for high precision nett forming, "right first time".
