Description

The main objective of the project is to develop and test new methods for handling and processing of Pacific oysters and will include: i) development and documentation of sorting system, which can sort mixed catches of mussels and Pacific oysters. ii) testing and proof of concept of novel technology can be used to open large individuals/clumps of Pacific oysters.
