    Project Details

    Description

Development of a new type of solar air collector with a cover of glass. The intention is to develop a finished prototype which shows, how an air collector can be integrated in a roof. The air collector will cover the whole south facing roof; by doing this the ordinary roof cover can be saved. The intention is, with small adjustments, to develop the air collector so that it can be mounted on top of an existing roof. This way the collector can be used for renovation of roofs. The efficiency and the air pressure drop of the collector will be measured. There will be acquired experience with the new type of air collector.
