The aim of the project is to identify if different modes of cooperation makes it possible to develope the work in respect to working environment as well as making the company able to meet new demands towards the organisation of the production.
The project operates with the category mode of cooperation as the form in which interaction, communication and decision making is present in the working process.
Through the analysis the project will develope knowledge about individual and collective potentials and abilities the workforce posses in order to be an active part of the change and renewal of the company.
