Development and maintenance of Template Model Builder - a tool for statistical modeling within marine sciences (39811/106959)

Template Model Builder (TMB) is a computational tool used by fisheries scientists to implement assessment models used to manage fish stocks. A number of assessment models already depend on TMB. It is therefore important to ensure that TMB is maintained in the future. This project proposes maintenance, development and user support for TMB.
