Coordination and elaboratorion of proposal for EU-JOULE 3 programm. Second call.

The project covered a minor part of the cost for coordination and elaboration of a proposal for EU-JOULE 3 programme, second call. The JOULE 3 proposal concerned continued research and development of highly insulating aerogel glazongs for windows and is a follow up on two preveious JOULE 2 projects (contract numbers JOU2-CT92-0192 and JOU2-CT93-0375). The partners of the proposal are almost identical to the partners of the JOULE 2 projects. The JOULE3 proposal was submitted before the deadline on 31 January 1997 and accepted by the Commission. The contract negotiation is almost completed.
