Description
Functional micro optical structures are key components of telecommunication systems and find in-creased application as advanced sensors. The centre addresses the development of measurement techniques and measurement facilities, which can support the research and development taking place in industry by bringing together three technological service institutes, one university institute and 6 industrial companies.
