Project Details

Description

Mega-projects are defined as infrastructure projects which are greater than 1% of a nation's gross domestic product. The complexity risks of mega-projects are very high, with resulting risk of delay and budget overrun. This study examines three mega-projects in Africa, California (USA) and Denmark-Germany. The expected cross-relational study will consider both project management decisions and cultural factors in the relative success of these projects.
