Description
Collaborative action on comparison of load parameters for stored materials in
silos.
Properties of stored materials are given in standards for silo loads. The present CEN/ENV 1991-4 for actions on silos and tanks is the first standard which introduces parameters with reference to test methods. In order to evaluate this new concept and the numerically values given in the ENV a number of european laboratories are invited to determine parameter values for the materials listed in the standard.
