Research study carried out in collaboration with the OECD Halden Reactor Project.
The objective of the project is to develop a methodology which allows for a rational trade-off between smart system benefits (including the cost of implementation), the loss of capabilities through failure and lack of resilience, the loss of performance and the potential for accident through loss of security.
