Description
Using life cycle assessment to quantitatively assess the environmental impacts of aquaculture in Europe, focusing on Mediterranean sea bream (Sparus aurata) and rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) including their supply chains to further the transparency of impacts from seafood.
