Project Details
Description
A Ph.D. study. The analysis is devoted to the formulation of flexible bodies in multibody systems, the main concern is to get formulations that will increase the CPU-time of simulation and to have a broader formulation than standard formulations which is primarily restricted to beam elements. In the Synthesis/optimization of complex mechanical systems the objective is to change the behavior or response characteristics to achieve desired performance, this is achieved by either changing the multibody system or by changing the environment the system is working in.
