Description
Experimental measurements of various properties of water, small alcohols and diols are coupled with ab initio studies and with model calculations in an attempt to gain better description of hydrogen bonding.
Experiments include 17-O NMR (at the University of Bonn), infrared spectrometry, viscosity.
