Description
The main onboard use of attitudedata in spacecraft are for the Attitude and Orbit Control function. A caracterization of the performance envelope of autonomous star trackers is hence a common problem in the space community. This study was performed to establish theoretical as well as practical envelopes for different tracker philosophies.
