Course funded by the Novo Nordisk Fonden under the programme: MSc level courses promoting experimental and interdisciplinary research within the natural and technical sciences.
This course will to educate MSc level students in experimental 3D imaging and image analysis. The aim is to enable students to carry out experimental imaging including preparation of the experiment, imaging of the samples, analysis of the obtained images, and quantification the imaged structures. The three courses are targeted students with a background in an application domain, such as biomedicine
or materials science.
