We analyzed the workflow for craftspersons in the construction industry. Specifically, we idetified the number and sequence of visits at construction sites and vendors. The analyses clearly identified two groups of workers: (1) A group that works for a longer duration at larger sites, and (2) a group that works with shorter tasks at various sites. Additionally, we conducted several descriptive analyses of the coverage rates for various projects in the company.
