  • Analytical chemical method development and analyses of organic contaminants in food, animal feed and food contact materials. Identification of sources for the contamination and implication for human dietary intake.
  • Activities include European Union reference laboraory for processing contaminants, national reference laboratory for food contact materials and halogenated POPs and scientific-based advisory to primarily the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration.
