Profile
Stanislav Kruglik is a tenure-track assistant professor in the Coding and Visual Communication Research Group at DTU Electro. Before joining DTU in August 2025, he was a research fellow at the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, under the supervision of Professors Han Mao Kiah and Huaxiong Wang. He received his PhD in Theoretical Foundations of Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in February 2022.
His research interests lie in the application of information and coding theory to problems related to data storage, processing, and retrieval. He is also interested in the use of blockchain for supply chain management, as well as in federated learning and cryptographic protocols.
Prospective postdocs, PhD, and MSc students are very welcome to reach out with a CV and a short description of their research interests. Opportunities may include joint applications for external funding as well as MSc thesis projects.
