My main research area is industrial coatings. Specific examples include anticorrosive and antifouling coatings for ships and offshore constructions, blade coatings for wind turbines, insulation coatings for process equipment, intumescent coatings for fire protection, coatings for application under high pressures and coatings for the cement- and mineralindustries. I also have activities in the areas of continuous pharmaceutical production and acid corrosion in large diesel engines for ships.
