Research areas

Estimation and prediction of ocean waves, focusing on the development of technologies for fusing data from various observation platforms. These include on-site measurements of the motions of ships regarded as sailing wave buoys.

Research and teaching information

Main developer of NetSSE, an open-source Python package for network-based sea state estimation from ships, buoys, and other observation platforms.
