Completed my MSc in Biotechnology in August 2022, writing on global monitoring of antimicrobial resistance with focus on correlation between phenotypic AST and detected AMR genes. I have since focused on surveillance of pathogens and antimicrobial resistance in LMIC. Conducted research on air-sampling for detection of Campylobacter as part of OneHealth and on pathogenic microorganisms in milk in collaboration with industry. I have worked with international organizations and projects regarding capacity building of sequencing capacity for surveillance of antimicrobial resistance and emerging pathogens.
