Personal profile

Profile

With background in veterinary science, I have a broad knowledge of health-related disciplines and expertise in controlling veterinary and human diseases with particular interests in zoonosis, epidemiology, and One-Health.

My main research focus areas are: interventions to reduce Campylobacter spp. along the food chain and management of foodborne parasites. I also work broadly relating to food safety by giving research-based scientific advice to the Danish Veterinary and Food Adminitstration and Emerging Rsik Exchange Network of European Food Safety Authority.

I value collaboration and enjoy working with national and international colleagues and stakeholders.
